Rates & Services

Hapkido lessons are offered at our home studio. Lessons are ten dollars each for a one hour lesson. A session of 16 lessons is $140.00. All you need is loose fitting clothes to start. If you decide to join the school, a dobok (uniform) will be required. There is kumdo portion of the hapkido class which is held at Studio of Ballet Arts in Sandy Spring. Lesson costs are the same. Private lessons are available, with the option of us coming to you. Private lessons that take place outside of class time are more costly than regular lessons; 15.00 per hour. If we are traveling to you, then the rate is 20.00 per hour and there is a mileage charge of .50 cents per mile if you are more than ten miles from the studio.

Kendo
Dedicated kendo lessons are conducted at the Studio of Ballet Arts in Sandy Spring, Maryland. Lessons are ten dollars each for a one hour lesson. A session of 16 lessons is $140.00. Students must initially purchase a uniform and a bamboo sword. Students may opt to purchase protective gear and a wooden sword at sign up, or may delay these until later. Note: these items will be needed in order for the student to move past the beginner levels. Students will not be allowed to spar without protective gear.
